About your tutor
My name is Julia, I am a professional violin player and teacher. Born in Ukraine, I started playing violin at the age of seven. I have graduated from the University of Arts with the bachelors in violin. I worked in the state symphonic orchestra during my study, and after the university I travelled and worked on some international cruise ships in the string quartet. Now I live in Argentina, Buenos Aires. Here I teach in the Conservatory and the Institute of Arts, also online on different websites. Always trying to improve, I take lessons with some prominent teachers from Colon Opera theater in the capital of Argentina.

My tutoring sessions are highly aligned with the academic needs of the students. A special attention is paid to freeing the hands and body of the violinist, forming the optimal posture for playing the instrument. When choosing the repertoire I always consider the tastes and technical needs of my students. Music by both Russian and Ukrainian and international authors are worked on. I offer help in preparation of exams or assignments on all technical levels. I always take regular feedback from my students and parents and also give my feedback on the students performance, so that the tutoring sessions are effective for the learner.
