Creative Math tutor for elementary to advanced levels

I am a dedicated tutor with 2 years of experience teaching NAPLAN Maths to high school and college students. Over the years, I have successfully taught around 150 students, helping them improve their skills and build confidence in Maths. My teaching philosophy is centered around personalized learning, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to succeed. I focus on making lessons engaging and easy to understand, using real-life examples to make concepts more relatable. My teaching approach for NAPLAN Maths, as well as other relevant subjects like algebra, geometry, and statistics, is centered around communication, flexibility, creativity, accountability, and integrity. I focus on clear, open communication to ensure that students fully understand the concepts being taught and feel comfortable asking questions. I use creative methods, such as real-life examples and interactive exercises, to make complex topics more engaging and easier to grasp. This approach helps students connect abstract concepts to everyday situations, fostering a deeper understanding. Accountability is also a major part of my methodology. I encourage students to take responsibility for their learning while providing consistent guidance and feedback to help them stay on track. Integrity is at the core of my tutoring practice. I create a respectful and honest learning environment, where students feel motivated to do their best.
