Motivational gmat tutor with empathetic, problem-solving methods

Hello, I am Mia, Im good at helping people with the verbal reasoning part of the GMAT test. Ive been doing it for 3+ years, and I can help anyone from grade 10 to university level. I make lessons fun and easy to understand, and Ill work with you one-on-one to make sure you get it. Outside of tutoring, I love hiking, which helps me come up with cool ways to teach.

I focus on breaking down complex language arts concepts into easy-to-understand parts. We start by reading passages together and discussing the main ideas and details. I teach strategies for understanding different types of texts, like skimming and summarizing. For writing, we practice organizing ideas and making sentences clear and correct. Throughout our sessions, I provide lots of examples and give feedback to help you improve.
