Creative AP Spanish tutor with empathetic, practical lessons

Im Elise, with a Masters in Hispanic Studies and over 4 years of tutoring experience. My focus is on enriching students reading, writing, and speaking skills, nurturing their linguistic abilities for success in various contexts. Outside of tutoring, I find joy in exploring different cuisines through cooking, experimenting with new recipes and flavors.

In preparing for the AP Spanish Language exam, I provide a personalized approach that caters to the individual needs of each student. My goal is to deepen their understanding of the Spanish language and its application in various contexts. Through a hands-on and interactive approach, I equip them with the necessary tools to develop listening comprehension, oral and written expression, as well as analysis of literary and cultural texts. Beyond exam preparation, my aim is to foster authentic understanding and appreciation for the linguistic and cultural richness of the Spanish-speaking world.
