Java & Web Development training with an interactive approach

 Currently (from around 7 years) working as an Educator, mentoring various computer science subjects primarily having expertise on Java and Web Technology stack.  Around 6 years of experience in software development, application designing, application architecture, POCs for new technologies, mentoring team members, and code review.  Part of Google Developers Android Educator Program as an Android Educator.  Educational Content Youtuber for Programming and Web Technology Tutorials (Channel: Technology Under Control)  Worked as Software Engineer in the Research and Development unit of HCL Technologies.  Experienced in the adoption of agile development practices such as Continuous Delivery, Pair Programming, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

My teaching methodology is custom-built based on the students. I offer private/group tutoring lessons in Java to school and university students. I prefer an interactive and engaging style that promotes active student participation in the learning process. I customize my tutoring sessions to suit the learning styles and paces of each student. I like to have a good mix of concepts and practical coding exercises in my lessons. I offer tutoring sessions with practical demonstration of coding practices. Core theme of the session is to teach the are of programming using Java as a programming language. After going through the sessions , students should be in the state to start thinking about the concept by their own and implement those concepts in real world conepts. My teaching methodology as a teacher prioritizes student engagement, inclusivity, and personalized learning. I ask questions, spark curiosity among the students, and I explain the topics from scratch with real-life examples.
