About your french tutor

Hello! I'm Laurence, and teaching French has been my passion and profession for the past four rewarding years. As a native French speaker, I bring a deep understanding and love for my language into every lesson. My teaching journey is focused on helping students of all ages and backgrounds to improve their pronunciation, master the intricacies of French grammar, and excel in exams such as the TEF and GCSE. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is witnessing the progress and growth of my students. I take great pride in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore new concepts, and improve their language skills confidently. Whether it's through interactive activities, tailored pronunciation exercises, or focused exam preparation, I strive to make each lesson meaningful and beneficial.

French classes overview

For the past four years, I have found teaching French to be an immensely fulfilling experience. I am committed to customizing my instruction to each student's specific requirements and preferred learning style in order to create a welcoming and stimulating learning environment. I put a lot of emphasis on engagement and clarity in my classes when I'm teaching things like grammar, vocabulary, and cultural insights. In my opinion, encouraging a love of learning is essential to students' success. I like using dialogues, interactive exercises, and multimedia materials to help students gain a deeper comprehension and appreciation of the French language. As an additional area of passion, I enjoy working with students to improve their accents and pronunciation. I put a lot of effort into helping them with speaking exercises and advice so they can pronounce words clearly and naturally. Beyond just teaching language, I'm dedicated to helping students prepare for exams and complete assignments in order to foster a lifelong love of the French language and culture.
