My teaching strategy revolves around the student's level and the genre they are looking to learn on the guitar. I ensure that all my students have a basic understanding of their instrument, enough to communicate effectively in a band setting and to learn from tabs and notation on their own. I explain the guitar in a simple visual and verbal way, progressing at a tempo everyone can follow. Additionally, I provide exercises and warm-ups to ensure students continue to excel in their guitar growth. As an open-minded instructor, I believe that anyone can learn to play an instrument with time, patience, and practice. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. This supportive atmosphere allows students to thrive and develop a genuine appreciation for music. My goal is to foster not only technical proficiency but also a deep appreciation for music. By tailoring lessons to individual needs and interests, I keep students motivated and engaged in their musical journey.
