I have completed a master's degree (MSc) in Yogic Science and Human Consciousness. Additionally, I have completed a 6-month advanced yoga therapy course. I also hold a YCB Level 3 certificate provided by the Indian government. With over four years of experience in the field of yoga, I have taught more than 1,000 students.
My expertise includes Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Power Yoga, and Props Yoga. I have conducted research in the field of yoga, contributing to the body of knowledge in yogic science. My extensive experience allows me to explain concepts in a detailed manner and cater to diverse learning needs. I am dedicated to helping students achieve their wellness goals through the transformative practice of yoga. I also specialize in working with individuals with medical conditions, providing therapeutic yoga to aid in their treatment and recovery.

My teaching approach encompasses various styles of yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Power Yoga, Props Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Postnatal Yoga, ensuring a holistic experience for all participants. My sessions are designed to be detailed and interactive, focusing on the unique requirements of each student.
In addition to in-person classes, I am highly skilled in conducting online yoga classes, providing a seamless and engaging experience for students globally. I emphasize the importance of regular feedback, both from students and myself, to ensure effective learning and continuous improvement. My goal is to create a supportive environment that promotes physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through yoga.
Beyond the physical postures, my teaching emphasizes the cultivation of mindfulness and awareness. I guide my students to connect with their breath, body, and inner experiences, fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness and presence. Through practices such as meditation, pranayama, and mindful movement, students learn to quiet the chatter of the mind and tap into their inner wisdom.
