My name is Zeina, I am a lebanese student in Montréal. I am currently a studying in Translation, and my Bachelor degree is set to be completed in December 2024. Throughout my school years, I have participated and won several competitions in translation and creative writing, the last of which being the 2022 Translation Games held in Montréal. Since then, I mentor my alma mater's team participating in the new Translation Games and I have completed two internships as a translator (into French) and a linguist. My area of expertise is the French language, but I also have very good knowledge of Translation procedures and CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ, Multiterm, Logiterm, Jira)

I may vary the subjects, level of difficulty and focal points of my sessions depending on the interests of students, while making sure progress is made as efficiently as possible. My French tutoring sessions are for everyone, and I develop a specific and personalized lesson plan for each student to meet their needs and expectations. I also help my students with their assignments and homework.

I’ve had so much fun learning French with Salloukh ! She explains things in a super clear way and makes sure I get it before we move on.
