There is an Old Chinese proverb…”If you give a man a fish, he lives for a day but if you teach him how to fish, he lives for a life time”. when I plat a Mango-seedling, I know that I’ll never see its fruits but I strongly believe that someday those fruits will be enjoyed by my future generations atleast.

Frankly speaking, I don’t stick to one particular philosophy or to be more precise, I always try to improve and upgrade my teaching strategies to a more better level from time-to-time. Because I always feel every child is unique to himself & may require a specific learning strategy. So, they must be motivated according to their own learning style which strengthens them Physically, Mentally, Emotionally & Socially. Whenever I enter my class, I have the highest expectations for every student to provide them the best and caring educational environment which encourages them to exchange ideas & recognize their full potential. I believe, just memorization is not always learning & learning requires thinking. I make my students achieve this sense of thinking & curiosity in the class-room by various Hands-on activities, Project-works, Field-trips, Paper-presentations, Seminars, Quiz, Debates & Elocutions.
