As a piano tutors believe that slow and steady always wins the race.Everything takes time and only practice will make a man perfect.Piano is a relatively easy instrument.That is the reason everyone starts with a keyboarder a piano.All the fundamentals of music is easy to visualise in piano keys.I believe that the basics of music theory is very instrumental in becoming a good musician.My approach is to start with the core fundamentals.Once these basics are fully mastered, the concepts can be applied anywhere and can be modified according to one's need.I also give importance to scales, as they are very important in the songwriting stage.Practicing real life examples are also important, as that gives the student's a morale boost and inspiration.I thus implement all these theory and practical based situations to make one clear of all the concepts and then help them to use these concepts in scenarios of their own.I ask the students about their comfort zone and then proceed with a comfortable pace.
