I had been passionate about teaching especially mathematics at a younger age, I aim to make math fun and inculcate conceptual learning I have completed my Bachelor's in Computer Sciences. I have tutored 300+ students. I have developed content for K-12 and various competitive exams. I have taught high school kids and developed conceptual learning among them. With over a decade of teaching experience, I have had the privilege of working with students across various age groups and educational levels. My career began in traditional classroom settings where I taught subjects ranging from elementary mathematics to high school physics. This experience allowed me to develop a keen insight into the different learning styles and needs of students, and to adapt my teaching methods accordingly. Transitioning to online education, I have spent the last few years honing my skills in virtual teaching environments. This shift has been advantageous, allowing me to reach a broader audience and leverage technology to enhance the learning experience.

My teaching methodology is designed to foster a comprehensive, interactive, and student-centred learning experience. My approach incorporates a blend of traditional and innovative teaching techniques to ensure that students not only grasp the core concepts but also develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Here’s a detailed look at my teaching methodology: Personalized Learning- Every student is unique, with different learning styles, strengths, and areas for improvement. I begin by assessing each student's current knowledge and learning preferences. By customizing the learning experience, I can address specific challenges and build on existing knowledge. Interactive and Engaging Lessons- I employ various interactive teaching tools and techniques to keep students engaged. Continuous Assessment and Feedback- Regular quizzes, assignments, and interactive activities help in monitoring student progress. I provide constructive feedback that highlights their strengths and areas for improvement.

Chehak helped a student from Santa Rosa Junior College review geometric transformations, including reflections, rotations, and glide reflections. The learner practiced reflecting figures over lines and the x-axis, as well as performing 180-degree rotations. They completed homework problems involving these transformations and will prepare for a test on Friday.
Reflection in X-axis
Reflection Across a Line
180-degree Rotation
Dilation
Glide Reflection
Chehak and Rachel focused on geometry, reviewing coordinate plane rotations and reflections. Their discussion covered rotations around the origin and reflections across lines like x=2. Rachel actively practiced applying transformation rules and plotting points to visualize these transformations. They've scheduled another lesson for Monday to further prepare Rachel for her test.
Rotation Around Non-Origin Point

Reflection
90° Counterclockwise Rotation Rule
During a math lesson, Chehak assisted Tejwant in strengthening his abilities to evaluate expressions using PEMDAS, solve linear equations by isolating variables, and translate word problems into inequalities. Tejwant actively practiced applying inverse operations and interpreting inequalities on a number line. To further prepare for an upcoming test, he was assigned additional problems to work on.
PEMDAS/Order of Operations
Number Line Representation of Inequalities
Solving Inequalities
Least Common Denominator (LCD)
Solving Equations with Fractions
The following is a summary of a lesson. Chehak Khosla provided tutoring to Liz Sweigart, with their primary focus being PSAT math questions. During the lesson, they delved into various topics, including linear equations, geometry problems that involved similar triangles and circles, percentage increase, electric flux, and the process of solving systems of equations. For continued practice, Liz also received a link to an external website.

Liz and Chehak worked through a series of SAT math questions covering topics such as quadratic equations, exponential growth, and exponent rules. Chehak guided Liz through problem-solving strategies, focusing on understanding the underlying concepts and applying them to different scenarios. Liz will continue working on the remaining questions and plans to discuss them in the next session, and she needs to contact support to extend her lesson access.

Interpreting Y-Intercepts
Projectile Motion
Quadratic Equations (Vertex Form)
Exponential Growth
Chehak and Arianna practiced calculating volumes and surface areas of various 3D shapes, including prisms, pyramids, cylinders, cones, hemispheres, and spheres, in preparation for Arianna's test. They worked through several problems, focusing on applying the correct formulas and avoiding calculation errors. Arianna is taking Algebra 2 next year and will update Chehak on how the test went.

To improve my arithmetic skills, I enrolled in Khosla algebra seminars. Despite their extensive knowledge, some professors struggle to provide clear explanations. Khosla is unique; she has a thorough understanding of maths and presents it in an understandable manner.she always simplifies complex subjects so they make sense and provides brief, understandable notes for each class. she always finds a different method to explain things if I don't comprehend them. Khosla is an excellent tutor who genuinely understands how to instruct and support students' learning.
