In my yoga classes, I focus on four things: Breathing, Poses (Asanas), Meditation, and Relaxation. We start by learning how to breathe deeply to feel calm and energized. Then, we do different poses to stretch and strengthen our bodies. After that, we practice quieting our minds through meditation. Finally, we finish with relaxation techniques to feel peaceful and rested. This way, youll feel healthier and happier step by step.
