I have been writing music and singing for over 30 years. I have toured and performed in bands since I was a teenager and started recording original material in studios early on. I attended Selkirk College for Contemporary Music and finished the rest of my music education at MacEwan University. I have also spent two decades operating behind the scenes in broadcast television, working with some of the best radio/television voices in the industry. I have studied with dozens of high-level private music teachers and studied singing for years extensively with vocal coach Mitch Seekins (RUSH, Three Days Grace, Big Wreck, PUP). Mitch is still my mentor and teacher, and his trusted approach and style have helped shape my teaching. As part of my commitment to lifelong learning, I’m enrolled in the Institute of Vocal Advancement (IVA) program and the Muscle Music Mastery program, which helps artists and creatives manage performance anxiety, stage fright, and creative burnout. My mission is to help people discover what their voices are capable of, without losing what makes them unique. Through supportive, practical online vocal coaching, I work with everyone from adults taking their first steps into singing, to singer-songwriters preparing to record their first demo, to indie rock bassists ready to explore life on lead vocals — and everyone in between. My goal is to help people build confidence, develop solid vocal technique, and express themselves more freely through music.
