Personalized learning for every student's success. With more focus on concepts and practice.

I am Neha Rana , engineer turned tutor . I have 7 + years of experience with different edtech platforms teaching maths and science . I focus more on concepts than just memorizing questions and scoring well . I explain concepts in layman's language . My focus is to build a strong base rather than just comparing my students . I adapt ,my teaching pace and style according my student. Every student is different so is their understanding and their learning pace . I believe students should not be criticised over marks instead they should be motiviated to ask WHY? after everything . More questions means more doubts , more doubts means they will eventually develop interest in the subject. Not able to understand a subject is the primary reason why students score less in any subject especially maths. I have seen students who cover syllabus only for exams but when they move to next class their base still remains unclear . Maths , in my belief , should be taught with real life rexamples that a student can relate to . For example fractions - can be related to pizza , to distribution of chocolates , group of boys and girls in a class . Similarly percentages are easy to understand taking example of - score in exams , money . Every child is different so is their learning needs.
