Hi! I'm Catherine, a passionate singer, performer and educator with over ten years of experience in choir, theatre and opera. I graduated with First-Class Honours in Liberal Arts from the University of Warwick and have received formal vocal training in both France and the UK. I love helping people discover their voices, whether you're a child taking your first steps in singing, a complete beginner, or an adult looking to build confidence, explore your musical interests or simply sing for the joy of it! My lessons are friendly, relaxed and tailored to each student's individual needs, interests and goals. We'll explore vocal technique, breathing, pitch, musicality and performance through fun exercises and songs you genuinely enjoy. I believe singing should be an opportunity to build confidence, express yourself creatively and, above all, have fun. Having performed across opera, classical, musical theatre, pop and contemporary styles, I enjoy exploring a wide range of musical genres and helping students find their own unique sound. Whether you'd love to sing your favourite songs, prepare for a performance or simply feel more confident using your voice, I'd be delighted to help you on your musical journey. I teach in English and French, and can also offer lessons in Spanish. My aim is to create a supportive, encouraging space where every student feels comfortable, develops their confidence and looks forward to singing!
