My vocal coaching style is rooted in technique, confidence, musical expression, and developing the unique voice of each singer. I believe great vocal coaching is not about making every singer sound the same,it is about helping each vocalist discover, strengthen, and confidently use their own natural voice. I work with singers on breath control, vocal support, tone, pitch, vocal placement, resonance, diction, range, dynamics, phrasing, and performance technique. I also focus on helping singers understand how to use their voices safely and effectively, so they can develop strength and consistency without unnecessary strain. As a performing vocalist myself, I understand that singing is more than hitting the right notes. Interpretation, emotion, stage presence, and connection with the audience are essential parts of becoming a well-rounded performer. I encourage singers to understand the meaning behind what they are singing and to communicate that meaning authentically. My approach is encouraging but honest. I identify areas that need development while building on the singer's existing strengths. Whether someone is a beginner discovering their voice, a worship or gospel singer, a developing artist, or an experienced performer preparing for the stage or studio, I tailor coaching to their individual goals.
