I'm Charlie Davis. a guitar/bass tutor with a Certificate III in Music (Performance) I have over 3 years of tutoring experience. Ranging from beginner to advanced, I have a straightforward and visual learning approach to teaching any students needs in regards to music, I believe in learning from mistakes that could cause irreversable damage if not dealt with accordingly. My knowledge in music theory specifically is currently intermediate. while I am studying the topic to my best ability. meanwhile my guitar and bass experience is advanced, ranging multiple styles including: Metal, Rock, Jazz Fusion, Neoclassical, Instrumental. Whichever style suits you best or interests you most I will be there every step of the way. I'm a metal guitarist and bassist primarily ranging from all sorts of subgenres including: prog, technical death metal, neoclassical, instrumental, death metal, avontgarde and more to come. Whilst my strongest suit would be that genre as its what I graviate towards the most, Im familiar with Jazz Fusion from Japan, United States, United Kingdom and traditional rock music. My technical ability is advanced, being able to six string sweep pick, hybrid pick, fast alternate runs of all sorts of grouping and improvisation.
