I’m a professional vocalist and performer with over 15 years of experience across live music, theatre, television, festivals, studio work and international touring. Throughout my career, I’ve performed at venues including the Royal Albert Hall and BBC Maida Vale Studios, appeared in the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge, and worked alongside artists including Ed Sheeran, Lewis Capaldi, Bastille, Craig David, Stereophonics and Bring Me The Horizon. As a vocal coach, my approach is supportive, practical and tailored to the individual. I want singers to feel confident using their voice rather than worrying about sounding “perfect”. We can work on areas such as breath control, pitch, tone, range, vocal strength, harmonies, performance technique and confidence. I’m particularly experienced in contemporary vocals, including pop, rock, indie, soul and musical theatre, and I can also help singers prepare songs for auditions, performances, recordings or live gigs. Having spent much of my career performing professionally, I can offer students practical insight into not only vocal technique, but also microphone technique, stagecraft, interpretation, connecting with an audience and managing nerves. Whether you’re a complete beginner finding your voice or an experienced singer wanting to develop your technique and performance skills, lessons will be relaxed, encouraging and focused on your individual goals.
