I am an MBBS doctor with three years of teaching experience across national and international curricula, with a particular focus on Biology and the life sciences. My medical training provides me with a strong academic foundation in human biology, anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, and related disciplines, which I integrate into my teaching to provide students with both rigorous subject knowledge and meaningful real-world context. Throughout my teaching experience, I have worked with students from diverse academic backgrounds and adapted my teaching strategies to suit different learning abilities, educational levels, and curriculum expectations. I aim to create lessons that go beyond memorisation by encouraging students to understand underlying principles, make connections between concepts, interpret information, and apply their knowledge to unfamiliar situations. My teaching approach is structured, student-centred, and concept-driven. I introduce challenging topics progressively, using clear explanations, diagrams, scientific examples, questioning, and application-based problems to develop understanding.
