Daniel - Know your guitar teacher
I'm Daniel Echandía, a Bachelors educated music producer, singer, songwriter and guitarist, with over 4 years offering lessons in all those disciplines. My knowledge in guitar spans across electric and acoustic guitar, many different rhythms and genres like rock, pop, metal, latin music, R&B, and more. I began playing guitar when I was 14 years old, and then I fell in love with everything about music, so I went to college to study music production. I try to keep my lessons entertaining for every student, getting to know their personalities and tastes in music, so we can get to learn with the music that they like, as my lessons are focused mainly on learning music and dissecting every song to learn the technique and theory. I excel in teaching chords, chord progressions, scales, melodies, riffs and songs. I have taught in a music academy to people of all ages and styles, learning a lot too of different music genres and rhythms, which I can easily learn from because of my producer background. With the intention of keeping every lesson personalized for every need, and the knowledge I have from my career and years of teaching, I create a safe and fun space to learn for people of all ages. Let's play!

Guitar concepts taught by Daniel
The introductory singing lesson focused on understanding the Student's vocal history, challenges, and musical interests. The Tutor introduced fundamental vocal warm-up exercises, including lip rolls and scales, and observed the Student's song performance to assess current skill levels and areas for improvement, particularly regarding vocal transitions and consistency. The Student was encouraged to practice daily warm-ups and bring songs they wish to learn for subsequent lessons.
