Clark University senior double-majoring in English literature and creative writing and tutoring in those subjects

I am a senior at Clark University, double-majoring in English and creative writing and minoring in French. I intend to get my Masters in secondary education for literature. I've worked as a substitute teacher for four years and have been a camp counselor for five. I'm passionate about helping kids thrive and encouraging an interest in learning. As a tutor, I focus on teaching English, whether or not it is your first language. I can teach the language to those learning it, and I can teach English literature. I'm currently in the process of writing my honors thesis for my English studies in college, and I have a lot of insight on various types of literature. I have also passed my English/literature MTEL, which means that I have a high enough knowledge of literature to be able to teach it. I am not a certified teacher yet, but as mentioned above, I intend to get my masters and teacher certification next year. Outside of teaching, I love to read, write, and dance. Reading is a big hobby of mine, and it has been for years. I love a good fantasy book, especially when it comes to Brandon Sanderson. As for writing, my goal is to be a published author in the future. I've written two full novel drafts and plotted out two others. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to working with you!
