Hi! I am Daisy I am a passionate and dedicated singing teacher with a lifelong commitment to the performing arts. My training and experience have given me a strong foundation in classical singing, musical theatre, performance, music direction and working with performers of all ages and abilities. For the past 12 years, I have received classical and musical theatre training at Glyndebourne Opera House. During this time, I have been fortunate to take part in countless youth opera productions, I have also been involved in the creative and performance process of two world premiere operas at Glyndebourne. I have recently completed college, studying Performing Arts and Musical Theatre, where I achieved top grades. I have completed Grades 1–7 in singing, achieving Distinctions in every examination. I have also completed Grades 1–3 in piano, again achieving Distinctions. As well as performing, I have developed valuable experience behind the scenes and in leadership roles. I have worked on productions including The Addams Family and Shrek, taking on major performing roles while also working as Musical Director. My main specialisms are musical theatre and classical singing, but I also have a genuine love for a wide range of musical styles, including pop and jazz. I believe that singing lessons should be tailored to the individual, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Every singer has different goals, strengths, challenges and musical interests, and I want to create lessons that reflect those differences. Ultimately, I want my lessons to be a place where students feel inspired to explore their voices, discover new music and develop skills they can take into their lives, and ultimately to have FUN!
