My teaching style is student-centered, engaging, and adaptable, with a strong focus on building foundational skills, logical thinking, and confidence. With experience as a Montessori educator, classroom teacher, tutor, coding instructor, and public speaking teacher, I adapt my approach to each student’s age, learning level, strengths, interests, and needs. I focus on understanding concepts rather than memorization and encourage students to ask questions, think critically, solve problems, and apply their knowledge independently. I use hands-on activities, discussions, technology, project-based learning, real-life examples, and individualized practice to make lessons meaningful and interactive. My Montessori experience has strengthened my focus on independence, observation, exploration, and respectful learning environments. I also encourage communication, creativity, collaboration, and positive behavior. My goal is to help every student become a confident, curious, independent, and lifelong learner while making learning enjoyable and purposeful.
