Over 15 years' experience helping children and adults overcome the challenges of making 10 fingers, 2 ears, 6 strings, 12 frets and 4 beats all work together to create magic. I help you to play your favourite songs, perform live, write your own songs, solo confidently or master complex techniques. I work with complete beginners through to advanced players, tailoring lessons to what excites you. Whether you're drawn to fingerstyle, folk, jazz, or rock/pop, I design sequential lessons that build real understanding. I've mentored dozens of students in arranging and songwriting, helping them develop their own voice on the instrument. My background in music production and recording means I can guide you toward capturing your playing professionally if that's a goal.
