Hi! I'm Andrew Hampton, I am a multidisciplinary artist with over 10 years of professional performing experience, and more than 7 years of teaching experience which include over 2 years of music. My training began at New World School of the Arts where I was a music composition major with a focus on film scoring. I decided transfer and continue my studies in Canada, where I graduated from the University of Windsor's Honours Bachelor Music Program. From there, I continued my studies at Randolph College in Toronto, where I honed my skills as an actor, singer, and dancer. Throughout my performing career, I have been fortunate to receive consistently positive reviews for my vocal performances. Most recently, I’ve received excellent reviews for both my singing and my portrayal of Eddie in Sister Act with Theatre Under the Stars, currently performing at the Malkin Bowl in Stanley Park. While my formal experience teaching voice is still growing, I have a proven track record as an educator. I have successfully trained and prepared saxophonists for competitions, music festivals, and college entrance auditions. I've also been teaching dance for the past 7 years, helping dancers improve their technique and artistry. I am confident that my performance background, teaching experience, and passion would make for a very positive impact in helping students grow as artists.
