Experienced guitar tutor offering lessons in fingerstyle, rhythm, solos, and techniques for players of all ages and skill levels.

I have nearly 11 years of guitar experience, having played since November 2015, with experience in acoustic, electric, and classical guitar. My areas of specialization include fingerpicking, fingerstyle arrangements, rhythm guitar, chord progressions, and lead guitar techniques such as solos, bends, slides, hammer-ons, and pull-offs. I also have experience reading guitar tablature and teaching techniques that help students develop proper timing, coordination, and confidence. In addition to my musical experience, I have several years of teaching experience from my time as a Taekwondo instructor at Central Martial Arts in Grand Falls-Windsor from 2013 to 2018. During this role, I taught students of various ages and skill levels, primarily children and beginners, developing strong communication, leadership, patience, and mentoring abilities. This experience has given me the ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles, break down complex concepts into manageable steps, and create a positive and encouraging learning environment. My goal as an instructor is not only to teach guitar techniques, but also to help students build confidence, stay motivated, and develop a lifelong enjoyment of music.
