Experinced vocalist and perfomer offering personalized lessons in various styles for all levels

I’m Molly Bartels, a singing tutor with 10+ years experience in music performance and education. I specialize in a wide range of singinng styles including Jazz, Blues, R&b, Soul, Folk, Country, Pop and Classical. My lessons cater to all levels, from kids to adults, begginer to Intermediate. A bit about me, I have been singing pretty much since I was able to talk. My parents got me into singing lessons at age 10 and from there I did anything and everything I could to sing. From choirs to theatre productions to bands and solo acts, I have performed a lot and it’s one of my favourite things to do. After working with my vocal teacher for six years I moved on to completing AMEB singing performance exams, which required me to perfrom a select amount of songs for an examiner in which I was graded on my performance techniques. I worked closely with my vocal teacher to create a selection of songs in which captivated my examiner. I excelled in these exams and recieved high marks for them. I also completed VCE Music Performance where I learnt about music theory and techniques. This helped to refine my knowledge and give me a greater understanding of music. With a focus on a learning style that best suits my students, I excel in ear training, musical performance, stage presence and singing techniques.
