Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and I love helping others discover the joy of singing. After beginning my musical training in Vienna, I moved to New York, where I studied Musical Theatre before focusing on Contemporary Music & Jazz and gaining valuable training & education. Although I mostly write & perform Soul, Pop, R&B and Folk, I'm excited to work with students in any genre they're passionate about. Alongside my musical training, I have a certification as a yoga and meditation teacher with a deep interest in mindfulness, sound healing and somatic practices. I believe the voice is deeply connected to the body and the mind, and that understanding this connection is key to singing from a confident & healthy place. In our lessons, we'll not only work on vocal technique and vocal health, but also on releasing physical tension, emotional connection, and overcoming the mental and physical blocks that can hold your voice back. While my teaching emphasizes technique, performance, emotional expression, and connection, every lesson is tailored to your individual goals. Whether you want to improve your technique, prepare for a performance, write your own songs or simply gain trust & joy in your voice, I'll meet you where you're at. I also have experience in songwriting and production, which we can incorporate if that's something you'd like to explore. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, structured, and supportive. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe & comfortable experimenting, making mistakes and growing at your own pace.
