Biology and science lecturer| concept based learning| M. School. Microbiology| Personalized classes|

I'm Sushma Sharma, a post graduate in microbiology. I am a biology tutor with an experience of over 3 years. I also teach all subjects upto 10th std. My speciality lies in biology, genetics, biotechnology, human physiology etc. I'm also good at teaching maths upto 8th std. I strongly believe that every student has the potential to excel when they receive the right guidance, encouragement, and learning environment. My goal as a teacher is not only to help students score better marks but also to help them build confidence, develop strong concepts, and enjoy the learning process. Hence, I offer tailored sessions to cater to the needs and learning pace of students. I believe that learning should be interactive rather than one-sided. My classes encourage students to ask questions freely without hesitation. I make sure that students are comfortable and grasp concepts clearly. I break difficult topics into smaller, easy-to-understand sections and connect them with real-life examples whenever possible. This approach helps students remember concepts for a longer time and apply them confidently during examinations. I take regular assessment and provide worksheets so that students practice everything that they learn in the class. Assessment is for students to know their strengths and the areas where they need to work on. Waiting for this journey to embark soon.
