I'm Rutuja Agrawal, a passionate Mathematics educator with 8+ years of teaching experience across CBSE, ICSE, State Board, Cambridge and IB curricula, along with foundation-level and JEE preparation. With an Engineering background and prior experience in IT, I chose teaching as my career because of my genuine passion for helping students learn, grow and become confident problem-solvers. My teaching style is student-centric, interactive and concept-focused. I first understand a student's existing knowledge, learning gaps and individual pace, and then adapt my approach accordingly. I focus on strong fundamentals, logical reasoning, exam simulation, practice drills, and step-by-step problem solving rather than rote memorization. I encourage students to ask questions, learn from mistakes and develop independent thinking. I make math fun and engaging. I believe every student can excel when given the right guidance, patience and encouragement. My goal is not only to improve academic performance but also to build confidence, curiosity, discipline and a positive attitude towards Mathematics.
