Vivien is a vocalist and emerging educator pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Voice & Opera and Arts Administration (BM 2027) at Northwestern University’s Bienen School of Music. Blending performance training with a passion for arts leadership, she is building a career that connects strong vocal artistry with meaningful community impact. In teaching healthy, sustainable singing, Vivien works with students to develop technique, confidence, and expressive freedom. Her teaching approach combines classical vocal pedagogy with an understanding of how the body, breath, and artistry work together, making her lessons supportive, accessible, and tailored to each singer’s goals. At Northwestern, Vivien participates in opera productions, studio classes, and arts administration initiatives, gaining experience both onstage and behind the scenes. Her work reflects a commitment to helping singers grow while contributing to the future of vibrant, artist-centered arts organizations. Her love for opera and music is reflected in her teaching, and she could teach most genres of music to all young singers and most adults. Vivien has a very warm and kind personality as well and is a joy to work with.
