Hi everyone! My name is Jean Blandon and I am a professional Singer and Actor! With over 10 years of professional knowledge and experience from the singing and performing world as well as a bachelor's degree in Music Theatre Performance my number one passion is offering personalized singing lessons whether it be pop, gospel, R&B or musical theatre helping new voices find who they are both artistically and vocally has always been a goal of mine! My all time favourite genres that I have spent years doing and perfecting are pop, gospel, R&B, and musical theatre. I believe that many of these genres not only come down to technique and training, but also feeling and your connection to the piece you are singing and sharing with others. Singing is about connection and my goal is to not only work out the details of where your voice is sitting and how you place a note, but also how I can get you to show me who you are so I as the audience can feel connected to the story you are telling me. Drawing on specialized training that blends technique, mindset, and artistry, I help you uncover your natural sound, not force you into someone else’s. We’ll identify what your voice does best, resolve the habits that hold it back and build a reliable expressive instrument you can trust onstage and in the studio.
