I am Mahnoor Chaudhry, a dedicated tutor with a Diploma in Special Care Counselling and over 4 years of experience working with children in educational and childcare settings. I have experience tutoring elementary students, coordinating homework programs, and supporting children with diverse learning needs. I offer tutoring in both English and French, helping students strengthen their reading, writing, comprehension, and homework skills. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and tailored to each student’s individual learning style. I believe in creating a positive and encouraging environment where students feel confident, motivated, and empowered to reach their full potential. Every student learns at a different pace and has unique strengths and challenges. For this reason, I take the time to build positive relationships with my students and adapt my teaching methods to suit their specific needs. Whether a child requires extra support with reading comprehension, writing skills, homework completion, or overall academic confidence, I strive to provide guidance that is both effective and encouraging. Special Care Counselling has also given me valuable experience working with children who have diverse learning needs. This has helped me become patient, flexible, and creative in my approach to teaching. I help students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing the confidence needed to succeed. I also focus on helping students develop important life skills such as responsibility, organization, problem-solving, and independence.
