My name is Esteban Ramírez, and I am a Foreign Language Education teacher with an emphasis in English and French at the University of Antioquia in Medellín, Colombia. I have developed a strong passion for languages, education, and cultural exchange throughout my academic journey. For the past two years, I have worked as a language teacher in different educational contexts. I have taught children, teenagers, and adults in public schools, private schools, language academies, online classes, and private tutoring settings. I have experience teaching English, French, and Spanish for foreigners, which has allowed me to work with students from diverse backgrounds and with different learning goals. One of the most valuable experiences in my personal and professional development was participating in a cultural exchange program in the United States. There, I worked at a summer camp with children and teenagers, organizing activities and supporting them in their daily routines. This experience strengthened my communication, leadership, and intercultural skills while helping me understand the importance of empathy and adaptability when working with people from different cultures. My teaching style is dynamic, communicative, and student-centered. I believe that learning a language should be practical, engaging, and connected to students’ real interests and goals. I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable participating, making mistakes, and building confidence in their language skills.
