Personalized Pop and General Singing Lessons from a Vocal Studies and Performance Graduate here to understand your voice

Hello! I’m Naomi, I have a Bachelors degree in Vocal Studies and Performance and even though I am quite new to this during my time in university teaching others how to sing was one of my favourite parts. I have had my own experience with different singing teachers that have provided me with a lot of wisdom and knowledge. Although I have been singing my whole life I stopped for some time and when I got back to it I felt like I would never be good enough because I couldn’t do the things my favourite singers or even my peers could do, so I really limited myself but after finding a teacher that believed in me and understood my voice I felt unstoppable and unlocking and discovering parts of my own voice felt like magic. I understand what it’s like to feel like you can’t sing as good as the people around you or attempt to sing songs you like. Singing is a skill, your favourite singers weren’t born like that they just started really young and built that skill early on. All that is needed is time and practice, it saddens me that people think it is something you have or you don’t. YOU can have it too!!!.
