WEST END Performer Offering Bespoke Singing Lessons in Diverse Musical Genres - Build Technique, Vocal Confidence and Performance Skills!

With a strong background of over 10 years in Musical Theatre, I help build technique, confidence and performance skills, while also incorporating pop and R&B styles. I write and record my own music, so I can support students with vocal tone, runs, stylistic choices, recording techniques and artist development, as well as audition preparation and stage presence. My experience ranges from contracts with the Royal Shakespeare Company, to helping develop and coach the winners of The Voice Kids UK, to feature films - I have over 15 years in the industry! I've worked with numerous vocal coaches throughout my career and have a breadth of knowledge to pass on to any potential students! A typical lesson would begin with a warm-up, so we can both check in with your voice and see how your instrument is feeling today - are there any parts of your range that need further attention or care, or anything that I can do to ensure your vocal is healthier? We'd then progress onto a song of your choice - some students opt to do a song they're preparing to perform, or some simply choose one that they enjoy singing the most! We'll work through the song from start to finish, focussing firstly on the technique and vocal placements needed, depending on the genre of the song. If needed, we'd then progress to work on the journey of the song, and how to make a performance of it as captivating as possible. Vocal coaching is about more than just technique, but that's what remains at the centre of it. My lessons aim to push technique in a fun, nuanced and totally tailored and bespoke way. I change my approach for each student, analysing their strengths and weaknesses and how they best respond to feedback.
