My name is Thea Johnson, and I am a dedicated tutor with over three years of experience helping students build confidence and achieve success in Chemistry. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. I also tutor Biology-related subjects. Over the years, I have worked with students at different academic levels. This experience has helped me develop flexible teaching methods that adapt to each student’s learning style. I understand that every student learns differently, and I believe that effective tutoring should be personalized rather than one-size-fits-all. I create customized learning plans that are tailored to each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and academic needs. My main areas of expertise in Chemistry include general Chemistry, organic Chemistry and other areas. My teaching approach is supportive and patient as the student can sometimes be discouraged or frustrated with challenging topics.
