Hands-On Programming and Gen AI development with Real Projects and Industry Mentorship

I have over 10 years of experience building and managing software products. I have worked across the full lifecycle, from early ideas to deployment and scaling. This includes designing systems, leading development, and shipping real applications used by businesses and users. I have also been a tutor at the University of Adelaide, where I taught Specialized Programming to Master of Computer Science students. In this role, I helped students understand advanced programming concepts, improve problem-solving skills, and apply what they learned to practical scenarios. Teaching at this level helped me get better at explaining complex ideas in a clear and structured way. My teaching style is practical and hands-on. I believe the best way to learn is by building. Students work on real projects, think through problems, and understand how systems are actually designed and developed. The goal is not just to write code, but to build the ability to think like a developer and approach problems with clarity. I place a strong emphasis on fundamentals like programming logic, data structures, and system design in a way that connects directly to real applications. Alongside this, I focus on modern tools and frameworks used in the industry. Mentorship is an important part of how I teach. I try to understand each student’s goals and current level, and guide them accordingly. The aim is to create a learning experience that is practical, structured, and aligned with real-world expectations.
