Master the Fundamentals & Beyond: Personalized Math Tutoring for Guaranteed Concept Clarity

I'm Anhad Kaur bhatia, my high school diploma was focused on basic and advanced concepts of mathematics and science. Apart from that, currently I am pursuing a Bachelor's in Applied Science at the University of British Columbia. I understand that every student has different needs and learning speeds that require different teaching strategies. I have a versatile teaching approach to cater to the needs of every student. Instead of going to an advanced level at the beginning, my tutoring sessions will focus on getting clarity of basic concepts and then building up on them to teach students advanced concepts, if required. I don't just focus on good grades, but getting a clear idea of every topic and how the mechanism behind it works. My sessions will include all kinds of material necessary to actively engage the students in the learning process, including notes, practice quizzes, assignments, and interactive Kahoot games to keep them interested! My goal as a tutor is to cultivate a genuine appreciation for the subjects I teach by simplifying complex scientific principles. Drawing from my own experiences as an undergraduate student, I know that bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application is essential for long-term retention. I am deeply committed to acting as both a mentor and an educator, ensuring that my students feel empowered to tackle difficult problems with confidence.
