I Richard Cadizal, a Science educator with over 14 years of teaching experience in both higher education and secondary settings, locally and internationally. I have taught a wide range of subjects including Science, Technology and Society, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Senior High School STEM courses. My experience includes working with diverse learners in traditional and hybrid classrooms, as well as serving as a Testing Coordinator, where I managed assessments and used data to improve student performance. I also actively engage in curriculum development and instructional innovation.
