About your tutor
I have been really passionate about teaching from a very young age, and I do believe that I possess all the qualities that a teacher needs to have, such as good communication skills and the ability to convey the matter to others with ease. I did my BSc (Hons.) in Mathematics and my MSc in Data Science. Later on, I earned an International Vedic Maths Trainer certificate . I had worked as a Math tutor for four years and had tutored about 100 students, where I received lots of positive feedback from the students. Even though I am currently persuing my masters degree in mathematics, I still provide math tutoring to high school and university students.

Mathematics concept taught by VATSAL
Vatsal assisted Sarah with data analysis in Excel, focusing on calculating percentages, creating charts, and generating random samples from patient data. They investigated relationships between hospital visits/survival and smoking/platelet counts, resolving technical issues as they arose. Sarah is tasked with sending the Excel sheet to Vatsal and compiling the results into a Word document.

Vatsal tutored Noel in AP Calculus AB, concentrating on FRQ problems. They worked through problems involving derivatives, Riemann sums, integration, particle motion, slope fields, and critical points, with an emphasis on showing work and interpreting results. Noel is now prepared to tackle the remaining problems independently.

Derivatives and Increasing/Decreasing
Vatsal tutored Noel on finding local maxima and minima using calculus, focusing on the candidates test. Noel practiced with polynomial and trigonometric functions, and Vatsal corrected errors in factoring, derivatives, and interval analysis. A mnemonic for trigonometric values was also shared.
