In my teaching career, I have experience in teaching general subjects in elementary and in piano lessons during summer where I always emphasize to them that talent is not born but it is develop where I guide learners from basic concepts of notes , fingerplacement, to rhythm and to playing simple songs with confidence. From the beginning of each lesson , I make it a point to creatwe a comfortable and encouraging learning environment where learners feel safe to make mistakes ask questions and explore the keyboard the keyboard without pressure. I believe that a positive and and supportive atmosphere is essential in helping learners develop confidence in their musical abilities. I help them enjoy the lesson while learning allowing them to progress at their own pace with patience and modeling. I do step by step demonsteation in my daily lesson. My teaching approach is patient, interactive and student centered. Those student who are hesistant will become more confident and motivated to engaged in the discussion. IThis experience helped me develop communication skills, creativity in teaching skills and deeper passion in helping struggling students grow in their musical journey.
