About your french tutor
I’m Stephanie Maidens. I have 6 years tutoring experience in both English and French. I have earned an HBA and I attended French School from JK to grade 8. I can communicate in French at all levels and in all areas (reading, writing and speaking). I am well aware that each student learns differently whether because of neurodivergency, environment or skill level. I believe it is my responsibilty to learn the students needs and adapt accordingly. For example if a student learns better by listening and then doing, this would be how I would structure the class. I would also include an area of interest of the student. If s/he is interested in history, the course I present would include a historical subject. I find this increases a students motivation and efforts. I am also able to assists students with school work. I have knowledge and skills in grammar, verbs, vocabulary in French and English. As the French differs in the “rules”, it is important to understand them for proper communication. I love learning from my students as well. There are so many different students from different place and cultures, I expect I will be learning as much as I am teaching. I look forward to meeting you. Book now
