I adapt a personalized teaching approach. My first goal is to understand the needs and requirements of students. I asses their strong and weak points and their pace of observing concepts and design lesson plans and provide them with study material according to those points. I try to create an engaging and interactive learning environment for all my students. I also understand that teaching in online mode might get a little boring from time-to-time, that is why I use different digital tools to make my student's learning experince engaging.
