Shashi Nirhali, by name, am tackling the Mathematics challenges with my students for the last 25-plus years, being an Electronics graduate, graduated since 1992. Successfully running this career, I am interested in doing so globally now so that I can share my knowledge and skills and my experiences with maximum aspirants around the globe. Wishing to interact and enjoy the process of learning and practicing Mathematics with them. Expecting cooperation from them and readiness to learn and practice with interest. Rest assured with good positive results..... I am into this field for the last 25 years and more. I have an experience grown along with the elementary to middle school to high school students by playway methods to hands on experiences to visualization strategies to smart calculations to presenting the work in the right and best possible ways. In doing so I have been liberal, considerate and strict at times and all this for the betterment of my students. I have always tried to give best results by giving my best possible efforts. I am an Indian and have achieved expertise in teaching the state level and central level Examination patterns. Am very curious to explore new ones
