I am Ms. Shravani Lotlikar, I am a Ph.D. in Chemistry with a specialization in Organic Chemistry and more than 7 years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor, where I taught undergraduate and postgraduate students. Along with classroom teaching, I also have around 2 years of experience in online teaching, where I conducted live interactive sessions, solved numerical problems, discussed previous years’ question papers, and guided students for board examinations and competitive exams. Teaching has always been my passion, and I strongly believe that a good teacher can make even the most difficult subject interesting and easy to understand. Chemistry is often considered a difficult subject by many students, but with the right approach, it becomes logical, scoring, and interesting. My teaching style is concept-oriented, interactive, and student-friendly. I believe that students should first understand the basic concept clearly before moving to problem-solving and exam-oriented questions. I usually start a topic from the basics so that even an average student can understand it easily. Once the basic concept is clear, I move towards advanced problems, numericals, and application-based questions. This step-by-step approach helps students build confidence and improves their performance in exams.
