Classically trained vocal coach and R&B/Soul artist, songwriter, and creative!!

​Skyler is a classically trained vocal coach and music instructor based in Atlanta, Georgia. Qualified with a Bachelor of Music Degree from Virginia State University, she studied vocal performance. Classical music was her introduction to the piano, where she learned to read music, so she helps her students with the same foundation. She took up an independent study of music theory in high school, which she continued to build on during college and beyond. She is skilled in teaching many different genres for voice lessons, including R&B, Pop, Classical, Gospel, and more. She has a strong performance history in a variety of genres. Ukulele is an instrument she later picked up to accompany songs for kids' classes. Skyler is currently the music teacher at Dunleith Elementary School. She has previous experience as a music director for a theater company, an after-school program coordinator, a counselor for summer camps, a music teacher for preschool and elementary schools, a volunteer for several organizations, as well as being a private piano and voice teacher. ​As of late, she has established an after school program for children, where she created an interactive, fun, and educational curriculum to teach music. Dedicated to her YouTube community, she consistently posts vocal tutorials to help singers around the world!
