I am Dr. Rogelyn Abubacar, an experienced educator with 13 years of teaching experience in both offline and online learning environments. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to supporting student learning, particularly among elementary learners, where strong foundational skills are essential for long-term academic success. My area of specialization is teaching elementary students, including children with special educational needs. I believe that every child has the ability to learn when provided with the right support, encouragement, and teaching strategies. Because of this belief, I always strive to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where students feel safe, motivated, and confident to express themselves and develop their skills. In addition to my classroom teaching experience, I have also worked as an online tutor for students in the United States, where I taught English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics. This role allowed me to work with learners from diverse backgrounds and adapt my teaching methods to meet different learning styles. Through online platforms, I developed strong skills in virtual classroom management, interactive digital teaching tools, and personalized instruction. Academically, I have built a strong foundation in education that supports my teaching practice. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Education, which equipped me with the essential knowledge and teaching methodologies needed to work effectively with young learners. I later pursued further academic advancement and earned my doctoral degree, strengthening my expertise in educational research, pedagogy, and professional practice.
