Experienced Biology Tutor | Concept Clarity for Class 8–10 | Board & Competitive Exam Preparation

I am Sonu Kumari, a passionate Biology educator with more than 4 years of teaching experience, currently working with Narayana Educational Institutions. I teach foundation Biology to students of Classes 8, 9 and 10, with a strong focus on building conceptual clarity and scientific thinking from an early stage. My teaching approach is student-centric, interactive and exam-oriented, helping students prepare not only for school examinations but also for competitive exams like Olympiads, NTSE, and other scholarship tests. At Narayana, I actively contribute to the structured academic system which includes Continuous Practice Tests (CPT), Fortnightly/Subjective Tests (FST), and Term Examinations to regularly assess student progress. I guide students in analyzing their performance and help them improve through focused revision strategies and personalized doubt-clearing sessions. Apart from classroom teaching, I also participate in various academic and co-curricular initiatives such as science quizzes, exhibitions, practical learning activities and hands-on experiments that make Biology more engaging and application-based. I also support students through academic counseling and career guidance sessions, helping them stay motivated and focused on their long-term goals. My aim is to make Biology simple, interesting and relatable for students while developing their curiosity, analytical ability and confidence in learning science.
